By creating a Mentra AI account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account and agree on your behalf.

What Mentra AI provides

Mentra AI is an AI-powered learning companion that offers tutoring, homework guidance, assignment coaching, revision tools, and study planning. The service is designed to support learning — it does not complete assignments for students or provide direct answers intended to bypass learning.

Academic integrity

Mentra AI is built to guide learning, not replace it. Students must not use the service to cheat on assessments, submit AI-generated work as their own, or bypass school academic integrity policies. Misuse may result in account suspension. See our Academic Integrity section for more.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and don't share your account.
• Use the service for learning — not for cheating or academic dishonesty.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Respect the rights of other users.

Subscriptions & billing

Mentra AI offers Free, Student Pro, and Family plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for help.

AI limitations

Mentra AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. Students should always verify important information and not rely solely on AI for critical decisions. Mentra AI is a learning support tool, not a substitute for professional educational advice.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in academic dishonesty, or misuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
